General information about PE “KSP-PROJECT”

  • Private Enterprise "KSP-PROJECT" was created in 2002 (Lviv, Ukraine) under Ukrainian law and located in Lviv, Ukraine.
  • PE "KSP-PROJECT" specializes on industrial wind parks developing works in accordance with State Building Norms of Ukraine, has qualified specialist with experience in developing works and taking a part in international investment projects.

  • PE "KSP-PROJECT" is a manufacturer of light steel sectional guyed met mast up to 160 m high. Design of met mast was approved  by Deutsche WindGuard (Germany) in accordance with European standards IEC 61400 and MEASNET requirements.

Main activity of development works

  1. Refinement manufacturer of wind turbines project documentation in accordance with the requirements of State Building Norms of Ukraine and National Electrical Code. Provide Complex State Building Expertise.

  2. Calculation bearing capacity of soil for different types of wind turbine foundations under manufacturer requirements, base of geological data (3 wells H=22 m per each foundation) using certified software "LIRA"

  3. Design of internal and external electricity power grids, high voltage and cable lines, substation, Smart Grid in accordance with the requirements of IEC 61850 based on Schneider Electric solutions.

  4. Design working project, supply, to provide installation, supply spare parts and services industrial Power Storage manufactured by company Ingeteam s.r.l. (Italy) and  by ZHTECH CO.,LTD (China).

  5. Calculation WT sanitary protection zone and EIA section design in accordance with EU requirements.

  2. Desing of WPP site detail plan
  3. Geodesy works.  Digital map desing in the scale ; М1:5000; М 1:2000; М 1:500
  4. Archeology. Cultural heritage. Report.

  5. Design Environment impact assestment the chapter of working project. Calculation sanitary protection zone. 
  6. Geological research sites for construction (3 driles dept H = 22 m each).
  7. The study of flora and fauna (migration of birds, bats, plants)

  8. Design project of  development land. Signing and approve land leasing agreement.

  9. Developing  facibility study and working project of wind farm construction

  10. Provide a complex examination FS and working project of WPP construction
  11. Design  Fasibility Study and working project for electricity networks  connection
  12. Signing Agreement for electricity network connection . Getting technical conditions
  13. Wind measurement campaign . Metmast 120 m.

  14. Access road working project development. Survey works.

  15. Obtaining  permmission for construction (CC2 cat.)

PE “KSP-PROJECT” met masts installation & measurement campaign experience:

  • For company Filasa (France) supply and installation 5 (five) met masts 80 m high each and installation NRG (USA) meteo equipment under requirements company 3E (Belgium) in 2010.
  • For Filasa (France) supply and installation 3 (three) met masts 80 m high of each and provide installation Ammonit Measurements GmbH meteo equipment under requirements of  accreditated company Barlovento (Spain);
  • For  Syvashenergoprom Ltd, Clear Energy Ltd, “New Energy Technologies” LLC, supply and install 7 (six) met masts 80-100 m high and provide installation Ammonit GmbH meteoequipment under requirements GEO-NET Umweltconsulting GmbH (Germany).

  • For Wind Parks Ukraine, for Wind Park Lutuginskiy LLC and Wind Park Krasnodonskiy LLC supply and install 3 (three) meteo masts 100 m and install meteo equipment include Logger Campbell 800 under requirements Deutsche WindGuard GmbH.

  • For UNISON Co, Ltd, Korea, supply and install met mast 80 m high and install meteo equipment  under requirements accreditated company Garrad Hassan (United Kingdom);
  • For Carpathian LLC supply and install meteo mast 80 m high and provide installation Lahmeyer International GmbH (Germany) meteo equipment which based on Data Logger CX1000 Scientific, in mounting area;

PE KSP-PROJECT met masts installation & provide measurement campaign experience:

  1. For Skolivska LLC and Smerechanska LLC supply and install 2 (two) meteo masts 80, 100 m high and provide installation Ammonit GmbH meteo equipment under requirements GEO-NET GmbH (Germany) in mounting area;
  2. For subscriber River Wind Ukraine, LLC under ”Hydrogen valley project” supply and install 2 (two) meteo masts 100-120 m high and install Ammonit Measurements GmbH meteo equipment providing measurement campaign 3 years under requirement GEO-NET GmbH (Germany) in 2018-2021.
  3. For NBT Ukraine (Norway-Ukraine company ) supply and install 4 (four) met masts 120m high of each and provide installation Ammonit GmbH meteo equipment under requirements GEO-NET GmbH (Germany) and providing technical services from 2019 to 2021.

  • pre-design works for definition of installation meteo posts (with participation specialists of accreditation wind measurements companies)

  • manufacture, supply & installation meteorological steel light section masts 80, 100, 120 m for measurement wind parameters;

  • order, supply and transfer of meteorological equipment;

  • custom clearance;

  • guarantee services;

  • after guarantee services;

  • manufacture and installation booms for meteo equipment according to requirements IEC 61400-12-1:2017 (2nd Ed) standard

  • installation of meteorological equipment on the site;

  • installation of software;

  • supply, installation power supply  and aircraft lights for meteorological mast including power supply from sun batteries

  • support accredited measurement campaign together with accredited company Deutsche Wind Guard GmbH or GEO-NET Umweltconsulting GmbH according to international standards MEASNET and IEC 61400 during the year

  • providing calibration & recalibration with accredited company Deutsche Wind Guard GmbH according to MEASNET requirements
